Welcome to EZ Workout Plans!

EZ Workout Plans was created by The Next Level Performance Training (TNLPT). Here at TNLPT, we craft personalized training programs to fulfill the needs of individuals within each focus area. These are not your normal generic automated training programs; but rather programs designed by our personal trainer to fit your training needs.

All plans are carefully constructed, by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, in order to maximize the benefits of each program type.

How it works

All subscribers are provided with an account to access our programs using the TeamBuildr mobile app. This app is simply the medium for delivering our plans to you. New plans start at the beginning of each calendar month.

We craft the daily routine.

Using the TeamBuildr App, each workout plan is organized in order to maximize workout effectiveness. We apply proven methods of workout groupings that will help you get the results your looking for, more efficiently.

All workout sets and repetition amounts will be defined. You choose the weight amounts that are best suited for you.

Want feedback? Have questions?

The TeamBuildr App allows users to make journal entries during workouts. Just tap the journal entry button to the right of the 'Save' button. You can also record videos and submit them for feedback!

We've got a plan for you.

We be offer 8 different workout options: General Fitness, HIIT, Muscle Building, Home Fitness, Weight-Loss, "Train Like the Trainer," Body Weight, and Dumbbells Only. General Fitness, Muscle Building, and HIIT are all recommended to do at a gym (unless you have a fully equipped home gym, of course!). Home Fitness, Body Weight, and Dumbbells Only plans can be completed without access to gym equipment. See the details of each workout tier below.

General Fitness

If you're looking to start your fitness journey, or get back into fitness after some time off, this is the plan for you.

What to expect:

  • 5 workout days per week
    • 3 days of resistance training & core work (45 minute duration)
    • 2 days of cardio (30 minute duration)

Equipment needed: dumbbells, resistance bands, workout bench, wall-ball/slam-ball. Cardio equipment optional.

HIIT

(High Intensity Interval Training)

Fast paced and guaranteed to SWEAT! Not recommended for beginners.

What to expect:

  • 4 workout days per week
    • 2 days of upper body/core/cardio (30-45 minute duration)
    • 2 days of lower body/core/cardio (30-45 minute duration)

Equipment needed: dumbbells, resistance bands, workout bench, jump rope, workout ball/slam ball.

Muscle Building

Train like an athlete! This program will put you on the path to build lean muscle mass while increasing total body strength and power.

What to expect:

  • 4 workout days per week
    • 2 days of upper body & core (45-60 minute duration)
    • 2 days of lower body & core (45-60 minute duration)

Equipment needed: barbell, workout bench, squat rack, dumbbells, resistance bands, plyo-boxes, medicine ball.

Home Fitness

No gym membership or home gym? No problem! This is a great way to stay fit and active in the comfort of your home.

What to expect:

  • 4 workout days per week
    • 2 days of total body workouts (30-45 minute duration)
    • 2 days of core & cardio (30-45 minute duration)

Equipment needed: 2 resistance bands (same tension), 1 medicine ball, jump rope, 1 pair of dumbbells.

Weight-Loss

Ready to crush your weight-loss goals? Start this plan today and get prepared for life-changing results!

What to expect:

  • 7 workout days per week
  • 4 days of core & cardio (30 minutes duration)
  • 3 days of resistance training & cardio (30-45 minutes duration)

Equipment needed: dumbbells, resistance bands, workout bench, jump-rope, wall-ball/slam-ball.

"Train Like the Trainer"

Are you looking for a challenge in the weight-room with always changing variables at a very high intensity? Look no further & jump on MY PLAN today!

What to expect:

  • 4 workout days per week
    • 2 days of upper body resistance training & core (60 minutes duration)
    • 2 days of lower body resistance training & core (60 minutes duration)

Equipment needed: barbells, workout bench, squat rack, preferably bumper plates for Olympic Lifts, minimum of 2 light resistance bands same tension, dumbbells, wall-ball/slam-ball (best completed in a gym setting).

Body Weight

Stuck inside without equipment or use of a gym? This program has you covered with a wide variety of challenging body-weight exercises!

What to expect:

  • 4 workout days per week
    • 2 days of upper body & core (30-45 minutes duration)
    • 2 days of lower body & core (30-45 minutes duration)

Equipment needed: none.

Dumbbells Only

Have limited use of equipment, or maybe only a pair of dumbbells? This program is sure to push you and challenge your whole body with the use of dumbbells and body weight movements!

What to expect:

  • 4 workout days per week
    • 2 days of upper body & core (30-45 minutes duration)
    • 2 days of lower body & core (30-45 minutes duration)

Equipment needed: pair of dumbbells - varying weights optional.
