Ryan Brooks - The Next Level Performance Training Owner

Ryan Brooks (Owner)

Ryan graduated from The University of Findlay in 2010 with a B.S. in Strength & Conditioning & Physical Education/Health. While enrolled at UF, Ryan played 4 years of Division II football where he earned an athletic scholarship after being a former walk-on.  In 2013 he obtained his M.A in Education, which was also through The University of Findlay. Since 2014, Ryan has been a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists through National Strength & Conditioning Association.

In 2010, Ryan began his career at The University of Toledo as a Strength & Conditioning Intern on the football staff.  Beginning the fall of 2011, Ryan began teaching Health & Physical Education at various schools in Northwest Ohio, as well as a varsity football coach & middle school basketball coach.  He has been a personal trainer to many youth athletes in northwest Ohio, as well as preparing multiple high school athletes for the next level. Ryan has trained an array of clients in the general fitness population ranging from youth to the elderly. Starting in August of 2018, he will be the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Olentangy Berlin High School as well as a Health & Physical Education teacher.

Ryan believes that all individuals have the ability to succeed and reach their fitness goals! Through his guidance with proper nutrition and training, all TNL clients will turn their goals into reality.  Ryan is a firm believer in using his own successes and failures to help guide clients in the right direction to reach their fitness goals.
